MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
1. WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER?
Conekta AB is the personal data controller for the processing of the personal data that we collect from you.
2. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
Conekta AB collect the personal data that you share in the application, and also video interviews, possible video presentations, possible test results (for example psychometric tests), name, phone number, email address, social security number, address and personal data in the CV.
Regarding references, you are responsible for informing your references that they are used as a reference and that their personal data is saved in our database for that purpose. References are used to substantiate your experiences and skills. We may need to collect sensitive personal data, such as information about sick leave.
The purpose for the processing of this personal data, mentioned above, is to administrate your application for employment. The legal basis for the processing activities will be that we need the personal data in order to fulfil our legal obligations towards you in relation to our task to assist you in the application process or that we and our customers have a legitimate interest for us to process the personal data. This legitimate interest is based on the fact that Conekta AB or our customers might want to employ you and you want to apply for the potential assignment.
Conekta AB advises you against providing us with sensitive personal data regarding ethnicity, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, as well as membership of trade union, health data and gender data. We therefore reserve the right, without your consent, to delete all information of a sensitive nature as above, as well as personal data regarding people other than yourself.
3. WHAT DOES CONEKTA AB USE YOUR DATA FOR?
The data are processed by Conekta AB to assess your suitability for a specific assignment that you have applied for and to carry out recruitment processes in general. We need to process the personal data in order for us to assist you in the recruitment service for the employment that you have applied for. The processing activities are necessary in order for us to perform our obligations in the agreement with you and assist you in your process of obtaining an employment or assignment.
4. WHO CAN WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH?
Conekta AB may transfer your personal data to different suppliers of recruitment tools. These recipients are only entitled to process your personal data on behalf of Conekta AB and we have ensured that these sub processors comply with the at each time applicable data protection legislation – including the GDPR. When we assign sub processors, we have ensured that the assigned sub processes have implemented reasonable legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with the at each time applicable data protection legislation. We will also share your personal data with the entities where you have applied for an employment or assignment, in order for them to evaluate if you are a suitable candidate.
We may also disclose your personal data to public authorities if we are obliged to do so under mandatory law.
5. WHERE DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
Your personal data will mainly be processed within the EU/EEA but may also be transferred to a non-EU/EEA country if Conekta AB's suppliers process the personal data in such location. If your personal data is to be processed outside the EU/EEA, we have taken appropriate safeguard measures in order to protect your personal data, either by using the European Commission standard contracts for processing outside EU/EEA, or that the country where the personal data is to be processed is subject to adequacy decision by the European Commission.

You have certain rights related to our data processing activities. These rights are prescribed in the GDPR. You can for example under certain circumstance a) request access to the personal data we process about you, b) you can request correction or deletion, c) request limitation of the processing activities or object about the processing, and d) you can request data portability.
CONEKTA AB reserves the right to make changes to this document. We will notify you if the adjustment contains any significant changes.
